If BPMI has a rental unit that meets your needs, the following information will also be required to complete the qualification process and approve you for a rental:
- Driver’s License(s) or Pass Port for each tenant 18 yrs old / over
- Social Security Card(s) or Work ID for each tenant 18 yrs old / over
- Last (3) three months bank statements and/or
- Proof of employment statement or last (3) three pay stubs
- Proof of additional income:
- (Food Stamp Letter, Court Ordered Child Support, DSS, Section 8, etc.)
- $40 non-refundable application fee (single applicant); $40 for each additional applicant
- Credit scores must be a minimum of 600 with no evictions in the previous 5 years.
Upon approval of your application, you will be required to show proof that all utilities have been transferred into your name, and that you are covered by a renter’s insurance policy, prior to taking possession of the rental unit.
